Project Description
Terrain consists of 1,185 acres in a true Colorado setting. This new family community in Castle Rock, Colorado will eventually grow to 2,500 households, which will be situated within unique, intimate enclaves and tucked into a rolling topography. PEI was contracted to complete a turn key service including:
- Earthwork operations
- Utility infrastructure
- Concrete sitework
- Trails
- Preservation of historical sites
- Preservation of natural open spaces
